Premium Rates shown are prior to underwriting, are subject to adjustment, and may be subject to credits or debits depending on your practice experience. All rates shown include Association fees. Premiums and Association fees may be paid in full, monthly or quarterly . See financing examples for minimum Stock purchase requirements.

The option now exists for our incoming members to make either their entire capital contribution upon joining or only a minimal contribution of $500.00. If you ellect to start with the lower capitalization option, you may convert to full capitalization within your first two years of membership by simply paying the difference at the current cost per share. You may find this option favorable if you are just starting a new practice or are emerging from a residency or fellowship and attempting to minimize your startup expenses. You then have two years to complete your buy-in.
